We have many pillars that support a nation. Among them, youth are the strongest and most energetic pillar of any country. Commonly, youth are people between the ages of sixteen and thirty who have fresh dreams and endless energy. Human beings at this age can move mountains if they are guided in the right direction. The role of youth in nation building is like the role of bricks in a strong house. Our country’s development, progress, and future depend largely on what young people do today. In this stage, youth can become doctors, engineers, farmers, teachers, or we can say that they can start new businesses that create jobs. If youth work honestly and stay in their own country, Nepal will rise from poverty to prosperity.

In our daily life, young people must take responsibility for their nation. We must study hard and learn skills that our country needs the most. We must say no to corruption, drugs, and the temptation to leave for foreign jobs as unskilled laborers. In this mission, we must use social media to spread positive messages and unite for good causes. We must care for our environment too, because without clean air and water, no nation can truly develop. We must always remember that running away from our country is not bravery – staying and fixing our problems is real courage.

The best part of being young is the power to change things with fresh ideas. We must use our energy to build schools, plant trees, start small industries, and raise our voices against injustice. We must stand as the generation that says “I will fix my Nepal” instead of waiting for someone else. Most successful countries in the world were built by their young people, not by old leaders sitting in offices. I try to learn practical skills and encourage my friends to dream big for our nation. I think if the youth of Nepal wake up, unite, and work hard, our country will soon shine like a diamond in the Himalayas.
